I'm a Product Designer and UX Researcher. I studied in Sweden, started my career in Amsterdam, and now work from Spain with a German team at Boehringer Ingelheim, designing products for animal and human health.

Most of my work lives where a specialist and an ordinary person depend on the same system. A vet and a pet owner. A cardiologist and someone managing heart failure at home. A tax office and a citizen. I research with both sides, I've interviewed pet owners in the UK and France, vets in the UK, France and Australia, and spent days shadowing staff inside veterinary clinics, then design the mobile and web products each of them ends up using.

What draws me to these projects is that being correct is never enough. Health and public services are full of information that is accurate, complete, and still impossible to act on. Closing that gap is the part I care about.
